If You Have:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong math and mechanical skills
- Proficiency in common software programs (MS Office)
- Forklift experience
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- Excellent professional references and work ethic
You Will Be:
- Operating processing equipment according to instructions and procedures
- Monitoring equipment to maintain desired run rates
- Preparing raw materials and packaging
- Conducting initial product testing to ensure specifications are met
- Packaging final products in accordance with quality standards
- Maintaining cleanliness in your work area
- Adhering to all safety regulations and company quality standards
- Performing data entry into production systems
- Moving and staging materials
- Assisting in batch preparation
- Maintaining proper documentation, including batch tickets
- Working mandatory overtime as required
