Real Estate Attorney

Our client, a rapidly growing real estate law firm in the Greater Atlanta market, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its Stockbridge office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who enjoys working directly with clients, building industry relationships, and playing a key role in a growing practice. If You Have:

• Active license to practice law in Georgia
• 2+ years of experience handling Georgia real estate transactions and closings
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate law
• Experience with title examination, title review, and closing procedures
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Comfort with legal technology and practice management software; Qualia experience is a plus

You Will Be:

• Conducting residential and commercial real estate closings in accordance with Georgia laws and regulations
• Reviewing title work and ensuring transactions meet all legal and compliance requirements
• Managing real estate transactions from preparation through closing
• Delivering an exceptional client experience for buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals
• Building and maintaining relationships with realtors, lenders, builders, and other referral partners
• Participating in networking and marketing events to support business development efforts
• Collaborating with internal staff to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing
• Serving as a trusted legal advisor throughout the closing process
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client service
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Stockbridge office and broader organization
