BOS Staffing has partnered with a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm seeking an experienced PI Attorney to join their team in Queens, NY. This in-office role is ideal for an attorney with 5+ years of plaintiff PI experience who can manage cases from intake through resolution.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $150,000–$225,000 salary (DOE)
• Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle plaintiff PI cases from inception to settlement
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
• Prepare clients for depositions and litigation
• Oversee and collaborate with paralegals and support staff
• Track case progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain consistent client communication

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor and active bar license
• 5+ years Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
• SmartAdvocate experience preferred
