This firm is dedicated to advocating for clients with professionalism, compassion, and exceptional legal expertise.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support attorneys throughout all stages of Personal Injury and Civil Rights cases
    • Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
    • Manage case files, calendaring, deadlines, and medical record requests
    • Perform e-filing and document submissions using OneLegal
    • Conduct legal research and assist in deposition and trial preparation
    • Communicate with clients, providers, opposing counsel, and the courts in both English and Spanish
    • Translate documents and assist with client interpretation as needed
    • Maintain detailed and confidential records with strong organizational accuracy

    Qualifications:

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
    • Minimum 1–3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in Personal Injury or Civil Rights
    • Demonstrated proficiency with OneLegal
    • Strong computer, e-filing, and case management software skills
    • Excellent written/verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
    • Ability to work full-time on-site in Newport Beach

This is a full-time, on-site, direct hire position offering an excellent opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced trial attorneys who are committed to fighting for justice and making a difference in their clients’ lives.

    • Active California Bar License required
