BOS Staffing is partnering with a well-established and growing personal injury firm in downtown Manhattan to identify a talented Appellate Attorney.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in legal writing and motion practice, with a strong foundation in New York civil litigation.
Compensation & Details:
- $150,000+ DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and oppose summary judgment motions in labor law, motor vehicle, and premises liability matters
- Handle motions in limine and all aspects of appellate work
- Conduct in-depth legal research on liability, damages, and procedural issues
- Collaborate with trial attorneys on case strategy and issue development
- Maintain professional communication with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor required; admitted to practice in New York
- 3+ years of legal writing and motion practice experience
- Strong research, analytical, and brief writing skills
- Experience with New York motion practice required; appellate experience preferred
- Prior personal injury or civil litigation experience is a plus
- Familiarity with case management systems (Filevine a plus)
