BOS Staffing has partnered with an established plaintiff personal injury law firm in Long Island City, NY 11101 actively seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its growing legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury litigation files from inception through trial
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery demands/responses, motions, and subpoenas
- Assist attorneys with case strategy, trial preparation, and deposition coordination
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
- Review and organize medical records, case files, and evidence
- Maintain court filings and deadlines in state and federal courts
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in plaintiff personal injury
- Strong knowledge of New York court procedures and filing systems
- Experience with discovery, trial preparation, and case management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
