Practice Areas:

The role offers exposure and training across a wide variety of legal disciplines, including:

• Criminal Law
• Family Law
• Corporate and Business Law
• General Civil Litigation
• Probate and Estate Matters

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling a diverse caseload under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Draft legal documents, motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and client meetings as required.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar License (or eligibility to obtain promptly).
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn multiple areas of law.
