Must-Haves:

If You Have:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of one year of experience in general liability litigation and insurance defense.
• Proven track record of handling depositions and discovery processes.- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

You Will Be:

• Representing clients in general liability cases, providing expert legal advice and advocacy.

• Managing all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and handling depositions.
• Providing strategic counsel and risk assessment to clients.
• Preparing and presenting cases in state and federal courts.
• Negotiating settlements and working towards favorable outcomes for clients.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure high-quality case management.
