BOS Staffing is seeking a dynamic Associate Personal Injury Attorney for our client, a law firm which handles plaintiff personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling complex litigation cases working with plaintiff personal injury in Georgia.

If You Have:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.
- 1-3 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
- Proven experience in litigation and pre-litigation processes.
- Strong understanding of plaintiff representation and personal injury legal principles.
- Proficiency in using Needles case management software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You Will Be:
- Managing and handling a caseload of personal injury files from inception through resolution.
- Conducting client consultations to understand the details of their case and provide legal advice and guidance.
- Preparing and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
- Representing clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
- Maintaining organized case files and ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate.
- Collaborating with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Utilizing Needles software to track case progress, manage deadlines, and maintain client communication.
