    BOS Staffing is seeking a dynamic Associate Personal Injury Attorney for our client, a law firm which handles plaintiff personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling complex litigation cases working with plaintiff personal injury in Georgia.

    If You Have:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.
    • 1-3 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
    • Proven experience in litigation and pre-litigation processes.
    • Strong understanding of plaintiff representation and personal injury legal principles.
    • Proficiency in using Needles case management software.
    • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    You Will Be:

    • Managing and handling a caseload of personal injury files from inception through resolution.
    • Conducting client consultations to understand the details of their case and provide legal advice and guidance.
    • Preparing and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
    • Representing clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
    • Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
    • Negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
    • Maintaining organized case files and ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate.
    • Collaborating with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
    • Utilizing Needles software to track case progress, manage deadlines, and maintain client communication.

    This role requires a results-driven Personal Injury Associate Attorney who is professional, and has exceptional multi-tasking skills, who is tech-savvy, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and a professional attitude to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment with an incredibly established and prestigious law firm.
