Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior attorneys in handling a diverse caseload of personal injury and civil rights matters from intake through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Participate in client interviews, depositions, mediations, and court appearances under supervision
• Manage and maintain case files to ensure timely and organized progression
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff to move cases forward efficiently

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar License (or pending admission) required
• Strong interest in plaintiff personal injury and civil rights litigation
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Compassionate advocate with a client-first mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
