You Will Be

Making 80–100 outbound sales calls daily in a call center environment

Using prescribed call scripts and proven sales strategies to drive conversions

Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Building lead pipelines through referrals, prospecting, and distributor engagement

Upselling services and equipment for maximum profitability

Quoting, following up, and closing deals for steady revenue growth

Using CRM software to organize workflow, manage accounts, and ensure timely follow-ups

If You Have

Required: Phone-based sales experience (Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Outbound Customer Service)

Previous/recent call center sales experience preferred

Great telephone presence with strong persuasion and speaking skills

Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and coaching

Proven ability to type 30+ WPM and manage multiple accounts in CRM systems
