If You Have:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of one year of experience in general liability litigation and insurance defense.
- Proven track record of handling depositions and discovery processes.- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You Will Be:
- Representing clients in general liability cases, providing expert legal advice and advocacy.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Handling all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, and trials.
- Managing all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and handling depositions.
- Providing strategic counsel and risk assessment to clients.
- Preparing and presenting cases in state and federal courts.
- Negotiating settlements and working towards favorable outcomes for clients.
- Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure high-quality case management.
