    If You Have:

    • A strong sales mentality and are highly motivated by earning potential

    • Any prior experience in sales, customer service, or call-center environments (a plus, not required)

    • Setting interviews and appointments for candidates and clients
    • Helping applicants complete applications and new hire paperwork
    • Making introductory outreach to potential client companies to share BOS Staffing’s services

    BOS Staffing is partnering with our long time client, a specialty care clinic in Athens, GA, in hiring a Medical Office Assistant for a 6-month assignment, with potential for long-term employment. This in-office role provides essential support to a dedicated healthcare team, focusing on patient referrals and administrative paperwork in a mission-driven, patient-focused environment. Medical office experience is preferred, and the right candidate will be a quick learner committed to accuracy and excellent service.

    • At least 8 years of recent tax experience with a CPA firm, including significant review responsibilities.
    • Active CPA certification.
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s or additional credentials a plus).
    • Excellent technical proficiency in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corps, C corps, estates, and trusts.
    • Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and proficiency with UltraTax and Thomson Reuters tax software (or similar platforms).
