Seeking driven attorney with a heart for serving and protecting others and who seeks a secure and organized team-oriented environment. Attorneys with at least five years of experience in family law preferred but not required.

If You Have:

• Active Georgia State Bar Admission
• 3-5 years of family law experience, including litigation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and emotional cases with professionalism and empathy.
• Commitment to excellence in legal representation
• Experience handling high-asset cases

You Will Be:

• Representing clients in family law cases, including but not limited to:
  • Divorce
  • Adoption
  • Property Division
  • Child custody
  • Support modifications
  • Family Law
• Managing a caseload with minimal supervision
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
• Conducting case research
• Negotiating settlements.
• Advocating for clients in court proceedings when necessary
