BOS Staffing is partnering with a well-established and growing personal injury firm in downtown Manhattan to identify a skilled Workers’ Compensation Attorney.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Compensation & Details:
- $150,000+ DOE
- Full-time, on-site in downtown Manhattan

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution
- Represent clients at hearings, conferences, and administrative proceedings
- Review medical records and advise clients on case strategy and treatment
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Negotiate settlements with carriers and opposing counsel
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear and professional communication
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor required; admitted to practice in New York
- 3+ years of workers’ compensation experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with case management systems (Filevine a plus)
