Senior Customer Service/Office Admin- Logistics

Our client, an established delivery and logistics organization in the Buford area, is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative / Office Administrator to support daily operations and serve as a key liaison between customers, drivers, dispatch, warehouse staff, and internal teams. This role is ideal for an experienced customer service professional with strong office administration and billing experience who can help drive the success of the delivery team in a fast-paced environment.

If You Have
– 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably within trucking, freight, logistics, distribution, or delivery environments
– 2+ years of office administration or business administration experience
– Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, including billing and invoicing functions
– Strong Microsoft Excel and general office software skills
– Experience with billing, invoicing, reconciliation, or accounts receivable processes
– Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across drivers, dispatchers, warehouse staff, vendors, and customers
– Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues independently in a fast-paced setting
– High level of professionalism, reliability, accountability, and follow-through
– Strong organizational, documentation, and administrative skills
– Ability to work independently and run the front office with minimal supervision

You Will Be
– Serving as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, including inquiries, delivery updates, and issue resolution
– Coordinating daily with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff to resolve delivery issues and maintain service levels
– Managing weekly billing audits and invoicing, including reconciliation against customer-provided data
– Handling vendor correspondence, new account setup, and rate documentation
– Maintaining organized office filing systems, internal records, and operational documentation
– Supporting management with reports, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
– Monitoring delivery activity and communicating service updates clearly to internal teams and external customers
– Assisting with process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer service quality
– Providing senior-level support across customer service, office administration, and back-office operations

Preferred
– Experience in LTL, final-mile, freight delivery, or transportation operations
– Familiarity with TMS platforms such as NuVizz, TMW, MercuryGate, or similar systems
– Payroll coordination experience
– Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
