If You Have:
- Experience in manufacturing, material handling, or industrial production, or a strong interest in learning these environments.
- Basic understanding of refiners, dryers, resin systems, or similar process equipment (or willingness to learn).
- Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to equipment and process tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions from operators and supervisors and work well as part of a team.
- Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and maintaining clear work areas.
- Physical ability to handle equipment, climb, bend, and stand for extended periods.
You Will Be:
- Staying actively present in the refiner and dryer area to monitor and maintain steady process flow.
- Ensuring condensate drains are clear, chip bins are emptied, and resin systems are functioning properly.
- Safely unloading resin and wax trucks and verifying correct connections and material flow.
- Keeping the sifter area clean and flowing and making sure the moisture meter and related equipment remain unblocked.
- Stationed at the startup cyclone during refiner start-up to verify fiber quality before it enters the dryer.
- Taking direction from Press Operators and supervisors to perform operational and minor maintenance tasks.
- Assisting with die changes and other press-related activities as needed to support production.
- Covering Press Operators during breaks and supporting other operators to maintain continuous, smooth production.
