BOS Staffing has partnered with a well-established plaintiff personal injury firm seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing team.
Compensation & Details:
- $200,000 + DOE
- Full benefits package (health, 401k, PTO)
- Full-time, on-site in downtown Manhattan
- Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Qualifications:
- J.D. and active New York license
- 3–4 years of plaintiff personal injury experience
- Strong litigation, writing, and organizational skills
- Experience with case management systems (Filevine a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume PI caseload
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Prepare for depositions, court appearances, and trial
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
