BOS Staffing is working with a long time client to hire experienced Medical Billers for their Colbert, GA office. This is a six month contract position, the hours are Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm, and the pay is $20/hr.

If You Have:

Proven experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up, including contacting payers via phone or websites, submitting corrected claims, and payment posting.

Familiarity with Athena EMR software and medical billing processes.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

A commitment to maintaining accurate billing records and resolving claims efficiently.
You Will Be:

Managing patient accounts and following up on unpaid claims.

Reviewing claims for accuracy and submitting them to insurance companies.

Handling denial management and processing appeals as needed.

Posting payments and maintaining up-to-date account information using Athena EMR.

Collaborating with the clinic team to ensure smooth revenue cycle operations.
