BOS Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Managing Real Estate Closing Attorney to join a reputable law firm in Lawrenceville, GA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney to lead closing operations, oversee a dedicated team, and ensure seamless real estate transactions from contract to close.

What You Will Do:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of residential and commercial real estate closings
- Supervise paralegals, closing coordinators, and support staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Review contracts, title work, loan documents, and settlement statements
- Provide legal guidance to clients, lenders, and real estate agents throughout the closing process
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as firm policies
- Handle complex closings and resolve issues that may arise during transactions
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the firm with professionalism
If You Have:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on closings
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong knowledge of Georgia real estate laws and closing procedures
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
