Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the firm’s Residential Real Estate Department at the Lawrenceville location.
  • Oversee residential closings, title review, contract negotiation, and all related real estate matters.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, real estate agents, lenders, and business partners.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand and strengthen the firm’s real estate practice.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage paralegals, closing attorneys, and support staff.
  • Maintain compliance with Georgia real estate laws, title standards, and firm protocols.
  • Collaborate with leadership on office strategy, workflow processes, revenue goals, and growth opportunities.
  • Represent the firm within the local real estate community through networking and partnership building.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active Georgia Bar License in good standing.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in residential real estate law with strong closing and title experience.
  • Ability to bring, maintain, or grow a portable book of business.
  • Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client-service skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate and scale a practice area.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort in a high-volume environment.
