BOS Staffing is partnering with a reputable Personal Injury Firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities:
- Draft summons & complaints, bills of particulars, and discovery responses
- Assist with preparation and e-filing of pleadings and court documents via NYSCEF
- Manage the collection, review, and production of discovery materials
- Handle subpoenas, discovery coordination, and deposition preparation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong understanding of New York litigation procedures
- Experience with NYSCEF e-filing
- Motion drafting experience is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and communicate effectively
