If You Have:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership with a State Bar License
- Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on corporate law, commercial litigation, and labor and employment, Transactional, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a Book of Business.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
You Will Be:
- Developing and managing a robust Book of Business, leveraging existing client relationships and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Providing expert legal advice and representation in corporate law, commercial litigation, and labor and employment matters.
- Leading and managing complex legal cases, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
- Collaborating with other partners and attorneys to strategize and execute comprehensive legal solutions for our clients.
- Mentoring and guiding junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Staying current with legal trends, regulations, and best practices within the relevant areas of law.
- Participating in firm management and decision-making processes, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the firm.
