BOS Staffing is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our client’s growing Account Management team in Buford, GA.

Responsibilities:
- Making 80–100 outbound sales calls daily in a call center environment
- Using prescribed call scripts and proven sales strategies to drive conversions
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Building lead pipelines through referrals, prospecting, and distributor engagement
- Upselling services and equipment for maximum profitability
- Quoting, following up, and closing deals for steady revenue growth
- Using CRM software to organize workflow, manage accounts, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Collaborating with customer service teams to support client needs
Qualifications:
- Required: Phone-based sales experience (Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Outbound Customer Service)
- Previous/recent call center sales experience preferred
- Great telephone presence with strong persuasion and speaking skills
- Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and coaching
- Proven ability to type 30+ WPM and manage multiple accounts in CRM systems
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
