Must-Haves:
- Active Georgia State Bar Admission
- 2–5+ years of family law experience, including litigation
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and emotional cases with professionalism and empathy
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Representing clients in divorce, child custody, adoption, property division, and support modification cases
- Managing a caseload with autonomy while leveraging firm resources
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and negotiating settlements
- Advocating for clients in court when necessary
