BOS Staffing is seeking an experienced and client-focused Estate Planning Attorney to join our client’s team in Tucker, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and related areas of law. What you will do:
- Meet with clients to assess their estate planning needs and provide tailored legal guidance.
- Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and other estate planning documents.
- Counsel clients on asset protection, tax implications, charitable planning, and business succession.
- Represent clients in probate proceedings and assist with estate administration.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and compassionate service.
- Stay current on Georgia estate planning and probate laws, as well as federal tax regulations impacting estates and trusts.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver efficient and high-quality legal services.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia (in good standing).
- 3+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, or related practice areas preferred.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, client-relations, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines efficiently.
- Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of elder law, special needs planning, or business succession planning.
- Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex estate structures.
