Are you an experienced customer service professional with a background in logistics or transportation? Our client, a reputable delivery company based in Buford, GA, is seeking a reliable and polished Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity with competitive pay and a collaborative work environment. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.

Monday–Friday schedule:

Full-Time: 6am-2pm or 10am-6pm

Professional and team-oriented work environment
If You Have:

5+ years of customer service experience, ideally in logistics, trucking, warehouse, or 3PL (third-party logistics)

Experience communicating effectively with drivers, dispatch, and customers

A professional demeanor and excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven reliability and punctuality
- Strong computer skills, including experience working with spreadsheets
You Will Be:

Managing and responding to customer inquiries via phone and email

Coordinating with drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries

Resolving delivery issues with a calm and customer-first approach

Maintaining organized records of communication and delivery details

Serving as a key point of contact between clients and operations
