Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a call quality assurance program for outbound sales
- Monitor and evaluate calls for professionalism, accuracy, compliance, and performance
- Create QA scorecards, reports, and feedback processes
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to sales reps and managers
- Partner with sales leadership to define KPIs and training needs
- Analyze trends to improve scripting, processes, and sales outcomes
- Ensure consistency through calibration sessions and reporting
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in call center QA leadership (outbound sales preferred)
- Strong knowledge of call center metrics, coaching, and compliance
- Experience with QA tools, CRM systems, and call monitoring software
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
