BOS Staffing has partnered with a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm seeking an experienced PI Attorney to join their team in Queens, NY. This in-office role is ideal for an attorney with 5+ years of plaintiff PI experience who can manage cases from intake through resolution.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $150,000–$225,000 salary (DOE)
- Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle plaintiff PI cases from inception to settlement
- Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
- Prepare clients for depositions and litigation
- Oversee and collaborate with paralegals and support staff
- Track case progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain consistent client communication
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor and active bar license
- 5+ years Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
- SmartAdvocate experience preferred
