If You Have:
- Active Georgia State Bar Admission
- 3-5 years of family law experience, including litigation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and emotional cases with professionalism and empathy.
- Commitment to excellence in legal representation
- Experience handling high-asset cases
You Will Be:
- Representing clients in family law cases, including but not limited to:
- Divorce
- Adoption
- Property Division
- Child custody
- Support modifications
- Family Law
- Managing a caseload with minimal supervision
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
- Conducting case research
- Negotiating settlements.
- Advocating for clients in court proceedings when necessary
