Tax Preparer
Job Description
BOS Staffing has partnered with a very prestigious company located in Athens, Georgia. We are currently seeking a Tax Preparer.
What we offer:
- Pay rate: Based on experience but roughly $85K per annum
- Hours 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday, on-site in Athens, Georgia
You will be:
- Reporting to senior management
- Working on all aspects of client services, and managing client relationships with excellent customer service
- Preparing complex S-corporation, corporation, individual, partnership, fiduciary, and other state, local, and federal tax returns
- Provide advice on tax implications of business decisions
- Research technical issues for clients or the firm
- 5+ years of experience preparing taxes for different clients across different industries as well as across different states
- provide excellent customer service
- A bachelors degree in tax preparation or accounting
- Experience working on complex 1040/K-1 schedules
- Strong tax, communication, and analytical skills
