Tax Compliance Manager
Job Description
Please apply if you have the following:
- CPA license
- Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Minimum of 10 years of taxation experience
- Masters degree in taxation is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent research skills
- Proficient in ProConnect or other tax software, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office
- Review federal and multi-state income tax returns for partnership, C corporations, S corporations, trusts, individuals, and related income tax documents
- Review and sign tax returns on behalf of clients
- Supervise engagements including planning, organization, and execution
- Manage multiple clients while consistently meeting deadlines
- Work closely with clients to advise on income tax issues and related tax planning
- Train and mentor individual team members and ensure quality of work products
