Job Description

Bos staffing is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Case Manager to join our prestigious injury law firm in Atlanta. As a senior legal case manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing a large portfolio of cases, from inception to conclusion. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional negotiation and closing skills, along with a minimum of two years of relevant case management experience and a strong background in personal injury law.

You will be:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of personal injury cases, ensuring timely progression and successful resolution.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties, employing strong negotiation skills to optimize outcomes for our clients.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service, providing support and guidance to clients throughout the case process.
- Maintain open and effective communication, both written and verbal, with clients, attorneys, and other members of the legal team.
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple competing demands and prioritize tasks accordingly, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent computer skills, utilizing relevant software and systems to manage and organize case files, documents, and correspondence.
If you have:
- Previous experience as a Case Manager, with a proven track record of successfully managing personal injury cases from start to finish.
- Possess a large portfolio of cases showcasing your expertise in negotiating and closing techniques.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of personal injury law and related legal procedures.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and provide support throughout their legal journey.
- Proficient in computer skills, including the use of legal case management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and efficiently manage competing demands.
- A high level of professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all aspects of case management.

This is a full-time, in-office position, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.
