Job Description
Bos Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join a start-up staffing agency specializing in IT and medical recruiting team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
If you have:
- Proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role within the staffing industry
- Expertise in IT and medical recruiting is highly desirable
- Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of market trends and client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant business tools
You will be:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT and medical recruiting sectors
- Build a strong network of clients and candidates through proactive outreach activities
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of staffing solutions to meet client requirements
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve established targets and objectives
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms of business with clients while maintaining profitability for the company
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote Bos Staffing and stay connected with industry professionals
- Provide timely reports and updates to management regarding business development activities and progress towards goals
