Scheduler/Dispatcher
Job Description
Pay rate: $20
Location: On-site in Doraville, Georgia
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 5:00am - 2:30pm
Temporary to Permanent position
If you have:
- Customer Service Representative experience
- Familiarity with Atlanta, Georgia layout
- Analytical skills and experience with BI/DW or similar reporting tools
- Intermediate skills with Google Apps including Google Docs, Google Sheets
- Ability to collaborate and communicate efficiently with all levels of employees and management
- Maintaining regular contact with technicians to provide support or adjust service levels based on customer calls
- Ensuring daily routes meet drive time, on-time guarantee, productivity, and skill set goals
- Responding to customer service requests by prioritizing and dispatching work orders to the installation and/or service technicians
- Communicating any and all issues to management
- Debriefing with plumbers upon completion of jobs to identify any outstanding client satisfaction issues
- Notifying clients ahead of time if the plumber is not going to arrive at their location within the schedule time window
- Using electronic dispatch applications to dispatch timely and efficient customer installations and trouble service assignments
