Job Description
BOS Staffing is hiring a Sales Engineer to work for a diverse international organization in their Conyers, GA facility. If you have previous experience in a technical industrial sales role (bulk material handling and packing equipment, industrial machinery), and a high technical aptitude with an understanding of commercial terms and technical concepts, this might be a great fit for you! In this position, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales of customized solutions in the Unites States and Canada.

IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
- A minimum of 3 years of technical sales experience in a related field
- Technical aptitude with an understanding of technical and commercial terms
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
- Ability to travel extensively
- Driving customer sales by creating customized solutions and offering the technologies and services as suited to industry-specific requirements
- Understanding market potential and identifying target industries and customers
- Scheduling visits to potential customers and maintaining close contact with existing customers through regular on-site visits and communication
- Processing and managing technical and commercial quotations and orders through quotation software
- Attending and participating in customer training, sales meetings, trade shows and conferences as required
- Working closely with Project Management and Engineering departments
