Sales Development Representative
Job Description
Pay rate: Based on experience
Location: On-site at their Flowery Branch, Georgia location
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in inside sales
- Experience utilizing Salesforce, EDA, and Microsoft Office
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Ability to meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
- Proven history of consistently exceeding assigned quotas
- Highly proficient in both verbal and written communication, accompanied by exceptional listening and presentation abilities
- Skilled in maintaining a strong phone presence as well as proficient in making numerous calls on a daily basis
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in closing deals
- Effective at prospecting new opportunities
- Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Reporting and analysis capabilities
- Data Entry
- Technical understanding
- Efficiently identifying potential sales opportunities by diligently following up on leads received through tradeshows, websites, phone calls, emails, etc.
- Driving revenue through acquiring and securing orders, proficiently comprehending, and interpreting technical specifications, and effectively communicating technical details to clients.
- Establishing strong and valuable connections with Territory Managers, Product Specialist and Dealers in order to foster trust and strengthen loyalty.
- Collaborating with Sales Support to fulfill orders, relay anticipated delivery date, and clarify stock-outs.
- Conducting a thorough analysis of data to generate reports that identify lucrative prospects with potential for high value.
- Ensuring and enhancing quality outcomes by adhering to standards and suggesting enhancements to policies and procedures.
- Enhancing job knowledge through the review of new product descriptions and active participation in educational opportunities.
- Traveling up to 10% to Trade Shows and Demos.
- Backup to the Sales Support Role as needed.
