Production Operator
Job Description
Monday - Friday either 7:00am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Location: Covington, GA
Pay Rate: $20 an hour

- 2 years of warehouse experience**
- Chemical industry experience
- Food industry experience
- Water processing experience
- Good math, reading, communication, and organizational skills
- No attendance issues
- Participating in the general housekeeping of plant and work area
- Monitoring and reporting any warning lights promptly
- Properly loading mixers
- Generally performing, with supervision, entry-level production tasks which include:
- Operating processing equipment
- Moving and staging materials
- Entering data into the computer system
- Monitoring equipment, keeping processes running at desired run rates.
- Maintaining proper documentation including batch tickets and partial bags.
- Working mandatory overtime as required.
- The employee will be required to: stand, walk, climb stairs, use hands to remove or lift boxes, stretch and reach with arms extended, and stoop.
- Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, alone, and occasionally lifting and/or moving more than 100 pounds, with assistance.
