Personal Injury Attorney
Job Description
BOS Staffing has partnered with a very prestigious law firm located in Atlanta, Georgia. We are currently seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney.
What we offer:
- Pay rate: Based on experience but roughly $120K
- Rolling bonuses
If you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation
- Bar membership in the state of Georgia is required
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with client communication
- Previous trial experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) speaking and writing preferred
You will be:
- Conducting thorough evaluations of personal injury cases
- Reviewing medical records, police reports, and other important documentation
- Interview clients and gather necessary documentation
- Keeping clients up to date with the progress of their cases
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice
- Prepare legal documentation including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
- negotiating with insurance adjusters and defense attorneys
- Attending court hearings and depositions
