Job Description
Bos Staffing seeks a Marketing Director for a thriving refurbishing company in Atlanta, Georgia. This position requires a candidate capable of executing marketing projects to ensure continuous growth. Responsibilities include managing creative campaigns across various platforms such as social media, blogs, emails, and traditional marketing. The ideal candidate must possess a wide range of techniques, experience, and methodologies to effectively promote company's brand, products, and services. The primary objective is to engage the market, cultivate customer interest, and elevate company reputation, ultimately driving business growth.

- Conceive and manage efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, blogs, youtube, google ad campaigns, optimize keywords for website and hard copy print.
- Able to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, including management of website SEO.)
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
- Excellent communication, management and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
