Managing Litigation Attorney
Job Description
BOS Staffing has partnered with a well established Personal Injury law firm in Atlanta, GA in search for a Managing Litigation Attorney to join their team! Our client is one of the leading personal injury law firms in Georgia.
What We Offer:
- Pay rate: Based on experience but roughly $150K per year with monthly/yearly bonus potential

- Hours 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, on-site in Atlanta, Georgia
- 5+ years of experience in personal injury law
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Georgia Bar License
- Juris Doctor Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in using Filevine software is a plus
- Experience with high volume caseloads
- Developing and Implementing lead generation strategies and case strategies
- Litigation management
You Will Be:
- Handling all stages of personal injury litigation cases
- Preparing and drafting discoveries, pleadings, motions, depositions, and other legal documents necessary
- Representing clients effectively in court, mediations, and depositions
- Preparing case checklist and track case status using FileVine
- Negotiating settlements and mediate disputes
- Collaborate, mentor, and oversee the litigation department team
- Conducting weekly meetings with the team
- Maintaining organization and integrity of electronic data
- Scheduling depositions
- Communicate with opposing counsel and courts
