Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
Location: On-site in Athens, Georgia
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Temporary to Possible Permanent position
If you have:
- HVAC Certification required
- CPO Certification preferred
- Supervising experience
- Appliance and property maintenance experience
- Overseeing maintenance operations for their multi-property locations, including scheduling repairs, managing staff, ensuring safety compliance, to uphold property standards and tenant satisfaction.
