Job Description
Bos staffing is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our reputable personal injury law firm in Atlanta. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven background in personal injury law, with a strong emphasis on client interaction and excellent communication skills.
You will be:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of personal injury cases, ensuring timely and efficient progress throughout the legal process.
- Gather essential case data and maintain regular communication with clients, their families, and our professional team.
- Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and preparing financial forms.
- Consistently adhere to relevant legislation, internal policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case information in electronic document and record files.
If you have:
Minimum 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in personal injury law, with proficiency in managing complex cases.
- Proven ability to work in a customer service-oriented environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to effectively manage competing demands and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Familiarity with legal research tools, case management systems, and e-filing processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant legal software.
