Litigation Associate Attorney

- Must be an active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
- Minimum of three years of defense litigation experience is mandatory.
- Strong background in insurance defense is essential.
- Possess excellent analytical and research skills to effectively handle complex legal matters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
- Participating in case strategy and development, working alongside a team of associate litigators and legal support team
- Handling medical malpractice cases, utilizing litigation experience to effectively represent clients.
- Interacting and developing relationships with firm clients, offering professional legal guidance and support.
- Collaborating with other associates and partners to develop and execute successful legal strategies.
This role requires a driven associate attorney who is professional, and has exceptional multi-tasking skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and a professional attitude to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment with an incredibly established and prestigious general practicing law firm.
