Heavy Equipment Technician Mechanic
Job Description
Pay rate: Based on experience
Location: On-site at their Flowery Branch, Georgia location
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

- 3-5 years of experience with hands-on in system hydraulics, electrical and mechanics with the ability to read schematics
- Highschool diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Preferred Associates, or Bachelors degree in Business
- Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
- Excellent verbal, and written communication
- Technical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently
- Must be able to pass a MVR screening
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
- Modifying and troubleshooting equipment
- Performing pre-delivery inspection on equipment
- Assisting dealers, customers, and salespersons with technical issues through phone calls, emails, and in person
- Recording all in-house repairs, external repairs, and warranty information in the companies operating software
- Utilizing their computer system to provide on-demand assistance to customers and facilitate build changes to machines
- Efficiently and safely loading and unloading of tractor trailers and shipping containers
- Maintaining a clean and organized department
- Providing back up to shipping and receiving department
