Job Description
BOS Staffing has partnered with a company located in Gainesville, Georgia. We are currently seeking an Commercial HVAC Project Manager.
What we offer:
- Pay rate: Based on experience but roughly $115K per year
- Hours 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday, on-site in Gainesville, Georgia

You will be:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Commercial HVAC Construction projects
- Coordinating with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and their internal team to ensure successful project completion
- Planning, organizing, and managing commercial construction projects from beginning to completion
- Developing budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial targets
- Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitoring project progression, and identifying potential issues or delays
- Negotiating contracts with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Overseeing the procurement of materials and equipment
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborating with their internal team to ensure coordination throughout the project lifecycle
- Preparing regular progress reports
- Atleast 2+ years of experience in HVAC project management primarily with commercial HVAC construction
- An understanding of Primavera, Prolog, or other similar tools used in HVAC project management a plus
- Knowledge of HeavyBid used for bidding processes
- The ability to read blueprints and are detail-oriented
- Strong communication and leadership skills
