Data Entry Specialist
Job Description
BOS Staff is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist in Buford, GA!
Full-time Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay-rate: BOE, but roughly $19 an hour
Temporary to POSSIBLE perm
The ideal candidate will:
- Keep record of invoices received
- Properly move items/shipments along by entering data into computer
- Monitor shelves and fill them in when needed
- Keep up with the movement of merchandise in the warehouse
- Place orders with suppliers when inventory is low and also order packing and shipping supplies when needed
- Contact supplier and resolve any shipping issues
- Logging items into database using model, the number, serial number and product description
- Excellent Computer Skills (45 wpm)
- Data Entry Experience. (At least 3 years)
- Experience with Invoices
- Great Customer Service skills
- Great Phone skills
- Sense of urgency
