Data Entry Specialist
Job Description
BOS Staffing is currently seeking a professional Data Entry Specialist for our client in Alpharetta. This client is in the food distribution industry and is a member-owned cooperative that follows a strong sense of ethics to create a better everyday experience for it's members & partners.  This is an office 8-hour shift position

- Daily you will receive supplier payments
- Apply those payments to the appropriate invoices and reconcile
- Need to monitor and make collection calls to the assigned Suppliers’ accounts
- Coding and keying of Supplier invoices in our system.Â
- You will be doing AR collection and payment reconciliation.
If you have:

- Alphanumeric/10 Key Data Entry: 2 years (Must)
- Accounts Receivable/Reconciliation: 2 years (Must)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Must )
- Collections/payment reconciliation: 2 years (Must)
- Data entry using a qwerty keyboard: 1 year (Must)
