Job Description
BOS Staffing is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to work for a diverse international organization in their Conyers, GA facility. In this position, you will be providing customer service, analyzing existing equipment and offering solutions to meet the customer’s specific needs and requests.

- Driving customer sales by identifying customer needs and offering customized solutions and spare parts for existing equipment
- Reading schematic and mechanical drawings to identify and locate parts.
- Coordinating travel routes within assigned territory and scheduling inspection and sales visits
- Addressing customer concerns and providing technical support
- Following up on spare parts and retrofit inquiries.
- Working closely with After Sales Specialists by requesting spare parts quotes
- Documenting technical information and keeping an organized filing system
