Construction Controller
Job Description
BOS Staffing has partnered with a company located in Gainesville, Georgia. We are currently seeking an Construction Controller.
What we offer:
- Pay rate: Based on experience but roughly $110K per year
- Hours 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday, on-site in Gainesville, Georgia

You will be:
- Managing all internal accounting operational functions including, but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations and general ledger
- Timely and accurately close monthly, quarterly, and year-end periods
- Preparing accurate financial statements in accordance with the GAAP
- Managing cash flow and reconcile all bank accounts on a daily basis
- Managing and ensuring proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- At least 2+ years of experience in Commercial HVAC accounting
- An understanding of QuickBooks Online and Desktop for accounting needs
- Proven experience as an account manager/Controller
- Strong communication and leadership skills
